Jacqui Sherlock

Owner & Executive Council

BA Comms Hons/ Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

“We hope that every life we touch is better because of us.”

Jacqui brings a caring, creative and dynamic approach to the world of financial planning.

An advocate for women forging careers in the industry as well as seeking financial advice, Jacqui’s strength lies in her ability to think strategically, to innovate, connect and communicate.

Joining Sherlock Wealth in 2014, Jacqui was quickly promoted to General Manager and then to CEO in 2017 when she and her husband, Andrew, took ownership of the business. During her time as CEO, Jacqui led the company through a critical phase of transformation and set the firm up for achieving its long term growth goals.

In her current role as Owner and chair of the Executive Council, Jacqui is focussed on supporting the team in continuing to evolve its advice and service offering to meet the needs of its long term and multi-generational client base, as well as other wealthy Australians needing sophisticated financial planning.

“I am so proud to be carrying on the generational family legacy.

“Owning and running a business that employs a team of people and that serves an important need in the community really inspires me. We are always striving to build a better business – one that creates opportunities for achieving great lifestyles and fulfilling lifestyle goals,” Jacqui said.

“I love that every day I learn something new and that I get to work with people who motivate and inspire me,” she said.

Prior to joining Sherlock Wealth, Jacqui worked in public relations, marketing and management. She holds first class honours in the BA Communications degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.

Giving generously of her time and money to charities and causes close to her heart, Jacqui has previously served as President of the Roseville Netball Club, President of the Roseville College Parents Association and Acting Chair of the Roseville College Foundation. She is currently a keen supporter of two of her favourite charities, Tour de Cure and Australian Wildlife Conservancy.

“I love that running a successful business allows us to give back and to feed our vision beyond,” Jacqui said.

Her long and happy marriage to Andrew and raising their three daughters to become women of the future is what Jacqui is most proud of, while spending time with family and friends is what she enjoys most.

When Jacqui is not empowering the team at Sherlock Wealth or running around after her husband, three daughters and two dogs, you may find her shopping, at bootcamp, on the tennis court or golf course, or reading a book – preferably on the deck chair at her family beach house!
