With more than 20 years in the industry, Sam has gained extensive experience working in Wealth Management practices, driving operational efficiency and business transformation.

“When a business is operating at optimal performance, it can deliver the most successful outcomes for clients,” Sam says.

“It is truly rewarding to be part of a team that clients choose to partner with. The relationship of trust between client and team is critical.”

Believing the journey is equally as important as the destination, one of Sam’s favourite phrases is: “Success isn’t just a beautiful destination, it’s a long, hard journey.” A philosophy which aligns well with the values of Sherlock Wealth.

“Carefully choosing who you partner with for the journey is vitally important,” said Sam.

When not at work, or running around after her three children, Sam can be found outdoors, usually at the beach, enjoying a game of tennis, or any type of sport. She loves reading an enjoyable book and watching a good movie.

Sam believes in giving back to the community and is actively engaged with local sports clubs, including Mosman Netball Club, where she holds the position of Sponsorship Director.

Her passion for kindness and desire to make a positive contribution, combined with her active lifestyle, has inspired her to run for various charitable causes, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact personally, as well as professionally.

If Sam could give her younger self any piece of financial advice, she would emphasise the importance of learning the value of money early in life and not spending what you do not have!
